Melanie Elizabeth Murphy

I focus my practice in general litigation and real estate. I am a valuable asset to the firm in part due to her ability to practice across many areas of the law.

I have worked with High Swartz throughout my legal career. I began as a clerk during both the academic year and summer breaks of law school. I have also worked with the Interdisciplinary Health Law Clinic representing indigent clients with health related issues, and as an assistant to attorneys at the Face-to-Face Legal Clinic.

I earned my B.S. in Human Resources Management from Messiah College, and went on to graduate from Villanova University School of Law, J.D. My Bar Admissions are in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. I am also an active member of the Montgomery Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association.
