Keith Andrew Harbison

I was falsely accused of welfare fraud in reference to medical assistance overpayments made by the government to my mother. Mr. Harbison patiently listened my side of the situation, advised me and provided me with guidance during the time between when I was charged and the trial. He carefully revie...wed the details of the case, explained to me the relevant law and laid out the strategy. During the trial, he brought out the defects in the District Attorney’s case and provided me with the correct advice regarding having me testify at trial. At the conclusion of the trial, the judge found me "not guilty". My lawyer, Mr. Harbison did excellent job, he was calm, but aggressive when he had to be, and clear minded during the difficult court period. I would certainly recommend Mr. Harbison to anyone who needs representation in a criminal matter.

Keith was amazing. He responded to our questions in a timely fashion. We were nervous going to trial however, we watched Keith silently evaluate the tone of the court room and know exactly how to proceed and what to say. His calm demeanor was such an asset. Having never been in the need for a criminal lawyer before, I was happy to have been solicited by several lawyers after my case entered the records at our county court house. I answered by phone several of the letters which these lawyers sent to me, making my choice simply by how they presented thems...elves over the phone. It was quite revealing just speaking to these lawyers, as they. exhibited over the phone very different approaches to their profession in the manner they spoke, etc.. I c hose Mr. Harbison because of his measured tempo and seeming ability to address my issue in a clear and straightforward manner, without all the 'frill's of the other lawyers with whom I spoke. I must admit also that he w's the least expense of all the lawyers, which really was the last thing I discovered after my phone 'interview' of him, but that was just a bonus as I was immediately taken by his manner and seeming thoughtfulness ,to my particular dilemma with the criminal charges I was facing. I did not has to meet him before the initial hearing saving me a trip to his offices which are a distance from my home. That said, when my husband I met with him before the hearing we were both struck by how he handled the entire situation; and in fact, he managed to work so well with the court that we were allowed to waylay the entire hearing which easily could have lead to a trial. His knowledge of both the court as well as my rights and the possibilities towards defusing this possible very serious case agar inset mje, was impressive. He managed through his skills, experience, and simple manner, to allow my case to be effectively gotten off', without need for trial, in a very wise approach to the charges..He is skilled and liked by the police as well as the courts, or so it seems, due to his thoughtful approach to what could be cases blown out of proportion by hostile acusers (who indeed were falsifying charges, etch). In any case, I continued using his services due to being falsely accused further. He always proved himself to be measured and skiled in his approach to each situation as is arose. I would recommend him highly. He advises me/his clients wisely and does not wish toy take cases which he feels may not be justified, etc. In other words, he appears to be a very ethical lawyer whom one can trust to do . the very best for them, without unnecessary charges, nor overblown , excessive hours which one would otherwise pay handsomely for with less skilled lawyers, or possibly lawyers who perhaps see opportunities to gain monies in unnecessary hours spent, etc. I feel that Mr. Harbison is an honorable, ethical, knowledgeable, and well liked in the courts, attorney due to his straightforward and unassuming manner, and also due to his ability to cut immediately to the heart of legal issues, and direct his clients thoughtfully, getting the best results for them as he did for me on several occasions.
