Jessica Ann Miller

Jessica represents clients in all aspects of family law including but not limited to custody matters, support matters, divorce, equitable distribution, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, protection from abuse matters and adoption proceedings. 

Jessica also assists clients with their estate planning needs and estate administration needs as well as in matters involving guardianship proceedings for minors and incapacitated persons. 

Jessica’s practice areas also extend to representing clients in general business and corporate transactions, corporate and limited liability company formation, intellectual property and trademark matters, civil litigation, contract review and representing property owners and purchasers in matters involving real property sold at upset and judicial tax sales.

Jessica’s practice encompasses the counties of Montgomery, Berks, Bucks, Delaware, Chester, and Philadelphia.

Jessica resides in Upper Providence, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania with her husband and three children.  Outside of her law practice, Jessica spends much of her free time involved with her children’s soccer, swimming, and baseball.

Admissions

Jessica is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the state of New Jersey. Jessica is also admitted to practice in the Federal Court system in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Education

Jessica graduated cum laude from Gettysburg College and is a graduate of Villanova University School of Law.

Prior to attending law school, Jessica was an intellectual property paralegal assisting clients with the preparation of trademark and copyright registrations.
