Dave did an excellent job settling my case. I was injured at work and spent time in the hospital. I thought that I could handle everything on my own but it soon became apparent that it was more complicated than I thought. At first I thought it was crazy to file a suit but I listened to his advice o...n treating my injuries and although it took time it was worth it in the end. First he settled the Workman’s Comp case and then went on to settle the slip and fall injury. I didn’t think about the long term implications and how it affected my health. Dave even found a loophole that I would not have thought helped bolstered the case. A great job well done.
