Terrible
Something that should have been processed two years ago, wasn’t done. We’ve been trying to contact him since March about it. He refuses to return phone calls. I suppose we aren’t a big dollar client, so apparently common courtesy doesn’t matter. We can’t even get someone else from his office to call ...
