Biography
Michael comes to Lehman Pastino after spending the last 17 years as a trial attorney doing insurance defense work in Philadelphia. He has tried over 200 jury trials to verdict, as well as a similar number of non-jury trials. These cases include automobile, motorcycle, and ATV cases, as well as bicycle and pedestrian cases. Michael has also tried numerous premises liability cases to jury verdict, including slip, trip, and fall cases, dog bite, and sports and recreation actions. Michael has handled hundreds of Common Pleas Court arbitrations as well as Uninsured/Underinsured Motorists arbitrations. He has been selected as a Judge Pro Tem, Settlement Master, and Neutral Arbitrator in both the Court of Common Pleas and in private dispute resolution. Michael feels most comfortable in the courtroom and looks forward to using his trial experience to benefit victims of accidents seeking compensation for their injuries.

I never meant a lawyer who was so rude
My attorney set many meetings that never happened. He came to my house once but claimed they where here twice. Accused me of being inaccurate and much of the information I had to send them.
