Biography
I have represented thousands of people who have been seriously injured. Some of the companies I have successfully sued are Ford Motor Co., Parke-Davis pharmaceutical,Penndot,General Motors,Conrail,the U.S. Government ,and many other large national and international corporations.
I have been a member of national and state trial lawyers groups for more than 45 years.
My articles on injury litigation have been published and I have lectured on trial subjects.
I have 2 children. My daughter, Ali, is a medical doctor who specialty is pain management . My son,Joel, practices personal injury law in our office.
In 1980 I was among the first 20 lawyers in Pennsylvania to be certified as a Civil Trial Specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy.
My wife, Darcie, and I reside in West Chester, PA ,where I sat on the zoning hearing board for 20 years.
We have been blessed with 2 beautiful grandchildren,Evelyn,2 years old, and Ilana, now
14 months old.
