Co-drafted and lobbied for passage of the Mortgage Satisfaction Act, Act No. 2002-197, 21 P.S.721-1 et seq

Drafted the Mortgage Payoff Statement Bill (House Bill 2097, 2007 Session)(Not Passed.)

Co-drafted with the Local Government Commission the Deed Pre-Registration Bill (House Bill No. 1634 Sess. of 2007) Act 110 of 2008

Over a period of 6 months, negotiated with interest groups and helped write Senate Bill No. 777 (Session of 2007)(Not Passed)

Drafted part of the Mechanics Lien Law Amendments of 2006 (Act 52)

Wrote some of the 2007 proposed amendments to the Mechanics' Lien Law (Senate Bill 726, 2007 Session)
