Responsible for assisting clients in business, individual and family immigration matters. Responsible for providing legal counsel on immigrant and non-immigrant visa petitions, petitions for extensions of stay and change of status, adjustment of status and naturalization procedures. Assist clients in employer compliance and I-9 matters, establishing a comprehensive immigration plan, and preparing immigration policies.

Responsible for assisting large and small businesses with general business matters, regulatory matters, human resource matters, securities and export compliance matters, and loan documentation.
