So I will be frank here. I noticed 2 reviews on here and both were bad. The only legitimate reason I can think of is another attorney trying to cut down the competition. From the moment I hired Mr Litvin he has been nothing but amazing to me. He got me, as a father with pretty much an unwinnable cas...e more than I could ever hope for in a 50/50 shared custody when I had so much going against me. I had an attorney prior to him but thought that it would be worth the investment into a best possible attorney at a higher rate. He proved to me that he was worth every penny and then some. I only wish I made the deduction to hire him in the first place instead of wasting money with unknoledgabale attorney who drained me of every investment into her without any result. In the end I wound up spending less with him than with the previous attorney. He was dedicated to what he was doing, was always prepared, knew exactly when to intervene during the trial and always returned my calls the same day which I can't ever say about any other attorney. All said this man has helped me get my son back and I will forever be great full. I highly recommend attaining his services. He is truly worth it and I will always stand by this.

I was recommended to Mr. Litvin by another lawyer who thought he would be better able to handle my divorce because of the amount of assets involved that I had acquired working as a Vice President for 30 years. It was a difficult divorce and he never supported my point of view and easily gave into th...e requests of my exhusband in order to keep him satisfied and quiet. After two years of ongoing divorce, support and custody issues and no end in sight, I fired him and found an attorney who charged half the hourly rate he did and resolved everything satisfactorily in a year.
