For over 25 years, I have advised and counselled financial institutions, not-for profit entities, commercial borrowers, local and state governments, real estate developers, restaurant owners, and a variety of large and small businesses. 

More recently, as Corporate & General Counsel to two national restaurant chains and their parent entities, I oversaw a variety of complex corporate, M&A, restructuring, real estate and employment matters, helping to lead those organizations during the pandemic and related economic challenges.  This allowed me to serve both as lawyer/advisor and as a member of the executive team, giving me important insight into decision making and the challenges facing businesses.

I enjoy working with small business owners and helping them bring their dreams to life. I give advice that is practical, minimizing risk and protecting you and your investment, while being mindful of the need to get your deal done efficiently and not over-lawyering the transaction.
