Yes you can apply for the H1 before the L2 approval but you should really work with the company attorney and not file anything on your own.

No when you become a United States citizen and apply for your parents they are immediate relatives and the preference category restrictions do not...

Yes you can apply for an L visa even while you have an H1 visa. You will need to attend interviews if they are scheduled.

No your son cannot use your social security number. He can get his own ITIN and can apply for it with the IRS.

You cannot get a green card through owning a house. It is by far easier to get the green card through marriage.

You can file an application for advance parole while you are out of the United States.

I sent my I-130 without the I-485. Is that a problem?

No it is not a problem but will cause a long delay in getting residency. You may have to wait until after the I-130 is approved to file the I-485....

That block refers to the place where you became a resident which is in Chicago.

You should go see an experienced immigration attorney now. You do have a problem and appear to be in violation.
