I am a J1 visa my 3 years term will end in July 2013. Denied asylum 2011.prefer to go to court.Dose TPS prevent that?

Your case will not be referred to an immigration court as long as you are in valid status. This includes TPS.

The bonds are typically handled by ICE. They have forms for you to file to change your address, and to replace missing forms.

I suggest filing before you go to Turkey. As soon as you are married, file the I-130, I-485, and I-131. When you return from the trip to Turkey...
