Your U-visa is the same as your EAD and will be good for four years. Send the letter to USCIS and ask that they send the card to you.

You can leave because the change of status to H-4 ha been approved. Your EAD application will not be effected unless you miss your biometrics...

You can be working for two separate companies but will need two separate H-1B visas. It is legal to have two H-1Bs.

You will probably be admitted without a paper I-94. CBP is now issuing I-94s electronically. You can go online to print one.

Join now. Do not wait any longer. It was approved on October 1st so you should already be working there.
While this i290b is pending, can I file a new i130? What if I am filling i130, can she still file i485 since her i94 is expired.
