You will need to amend your form or explain at the interview if you have one that it was a mistake. Show proof that you were inspected and admitted.

No you will not have a problem because you failed to sign the form. They did not admit you so signing the form is irrelevant.

It really is not a problem to return your I-94 s long as you can prove when you left the US. Make a copy of the I-94 and return it.
