The foreclosure went away because it is more than 7 years old. On the other hand the debt under the note is still outstanding and can be reported...

The executors can always sell at market price. Court approval can give them cover.

The answer is never. If you don't know the name of all occupants and you want to name them as defendants, they become John Doe 1 etc and Jane Doe...
