Biography
Michael is a member of the Saxton & Stump Senior Care, Healthcare Litigation, and Commercial Litigation practice groups. He is an experienced litigator with more than 40 years of experience and focuses his practice on the representation of assisted living facilities, hospital facilities, and long-term care nursing facilities. He previously worked as an attorney at the former Dietrich Law Firm. Michael has held multiple leadership positions in the Delaware County Bar Association and has won awards from the association such as the Chadwick Award, the Nicholas D. Vadino Award and the Lawyer’s Club Man of the Year Award.
In his work with the Pennsylvania Bar Association, he served several years in its House of Delegates. He is also a member of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice and was a charter member and is a former president of the Guy G. DeFuria American Inn of Court.
Michael received his law degree from the Dickinson School of Law and graduated from Washington and Lee University, magna cum laude.
