Active in the construction industry since 1997 as a generalist (both in the office and in the field), In-house counsel, Attorney, Mediator and Arbitrator. As a Mediator and Arbitrator, I offer services on a private basis and also serve on several panels including the American Arbitration Association and several Common Pleas Courts in Pennsylvania and in New Jersey Superior Court. I have conducted over a hundred mediation and arbitration matters. I will travel for ADR services. While I focus my practice in construction law, I am also am available to provide Alternative Ddispute Resolution and legal services involving commerical matters, real estate, business formations, contracts and offer general legal representation services. In construction law, I represent contractors, homeowners, and construction consultants providing services concerning contract drafting and negotiation; claim evaluation, preparation and resolution; risk management evaluation and advice.
