Anita Fulwiler O'Meara

I do not recommend. After a referral to Anita I emailed with her about updating a will and associated documents. We outlined desired services, exchanged a service contract and I paid the requested fee. Then the email communication became scarce until it stopped altogether. Despite repeated calls ...and emails to complete the contracted service, I never received the service, nor did I get a reply to my efforts or a return of my fee paid. Stopping by the posted office address did not help, as the office did not exist at the stated office address. Beware, I do not know if this is simply a poorly performing attorney or a ruse, but only hire this person if you want your $ to disappear, as mine did.

I reached out to Ms. O’Meara’s office and it took awhile to hear back from the start. Once I was in contact, I went back and forth in some emails with her assistant, then when those stopped I started reaching out to Ms. O’Meara directly. We spoke & scheduled a time to speak on the phone. She was to c...all me at a certain time & if she didn’t then I would call her within 15 minutes following that time. For 1 hour I stayed by the phone and attempted 3 calls with no answer. Then I sent an email as a follow up and was met with “sorry you had to reschedule.” Even though I was available during the scheduled time & calling as planned. Then I sent follow up emails after that with even with more info and tried to reschedule the appointment. I never received communication back to reschedule our appointment. So, after a month total of hit or miss communication, emails that would go unanswered for weeks and no call backs we decided to stop the process we were in and no longer move forward with obtaining legal counsel from this law firm. For me the most important part of hiring a lawyer is having someone who will communicate with me directly, professionally, and timely. So, 10/10 would not recommend.

I needed an attorney quick to solve a business problem. I did my research and consulted Ms. O'Meara. I hired her to handled an urgent matter that required someone with experience, that would not back down and fight for me. I found Ms. O'Meara to be very diligent in pursuing my case. She was very k...nowledgeable, her fees were reasonable, and she was very honest in her representation. I was very happy with the outcome and she achieved exactly what my company wanted and within my budget.. I recommend her to anyone that needs a lawyer!

From the very beginning Anita was generous with her time, she gave me sound advice and agreed to help me with my neighbor's problem at a very reasonable price. Anita is an amazing attorney, a true professional. She provided great results and solved issues quickly. I would not hesitate to recomme...nd Anita for anyone looking for an excellent lawyer. Anita is definitely the one you you want on your side for any legal problem. She was a tremendous help to me and I am so grateful.

This Lawyer is a Lady!! she has incredable talant in the court room, she is calm thorough and to the point. She will not bend. She will not give in. She will support you like no other. You will not find a more proffesional Lawyer. She belives in what she does and is stronger then most men. I use her... because her ethics are so strong they cannot be broken. she is the best Lawyer that has ever represented me.
