Zachary J Fansler

I  joined RatnerPrestia in 2008.  My practice encompasses all aspects of Intellectual Property protection and enforcement, with a focus in the Mechanical arts.  I earned my Juris Doctorate from Temple University, Beasley School of Law, where I served as the Student Bar Association President, the President of the Intellectual Property Law Society, and as leader of numerous other student organizations.  I was also a two time member of Temple’s Intellectual Property Moot Court team, competing in consecutive years in the Giles S. Rich Moot Court Competition.  I earned my Bachelors of Science degree in Physics from Saint Joseph’s University. During sophomore year, I participated in the REU program at Penn State University, where I studied granular physics.  At Saint Joseph’s, I served as Student Body President, Student Liaison to the Board of Trustees and was the recipient of the Student Leader of the Year award in 2000.  I am a member of RatnerPrestia’s Semiconductors and Signal Processing and Mechanical and Physical Science Groups.
