Biography
You may know me as Taxgirl. I'm Kelly Phillips Erb, a tax attorney and co-founder of Erblaw, a boutique tax law firm based in Paoli, PA. I've been writing about taxes for Forbes and Bloomberg Tax for years, and I bring that same depth of knowledge to every client I work with.
My practice covers the full range of tax and legal matters — IRS disputes and tax controversy, tax planning, estate planning, estate administration, international tax, and nonprofit law. I also work with businesses on corporate and tax matters, from entity formation to compliance and controversy.
I have both my J.D. and LL.M. in Taxation from Temple University School of Law, am a member of the Pennsylvania Bar, and am licensed to practice before the U.S. Tax Court.
Based in the Philadelphia suburbs, I serve clients across the U.S. and around the world.
