Mr. Dovas received his Juris Doctor from Rutgers Camden School of Law and his Bachelor of Science, with honors, from Rutgers College of Engineering. He is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and licensed to prosecute patent applications before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
Prior to entering the field of law, Mr. Dovas was employed in the transportation and defense consulting industries as an analysis and design engineer.
