A few years back, I was a victim of fraud for something I listed for sale on Cringelist. The scammer sent me a forged check which I deposited into bank X. The bank immediately closed my account and I was black listed from opening accounts EVERYWHERE. I made bank X aware that I was a victim-they did n...othing but give me the runaround. I was hopeless because I could not cash checks or even have an adult bank account. Luckily, I found Greg (Thank you Spoogle). In less than a year, he was able to get me off Chexsystems and Early Warning. What a relief! I now have 4 separate accounts (one much needed for my business). Being a fellow officer of the courts in California myself, I immediately knew that Greg talked the talked but most importantly, walked the walk. He is brilliant, witty, sharp, and knows law like the back of his hand. I would like to take the time to give credit where credit is due! Gorski Law has been nothing but a saving grace for me in a time of high stress. To put it simply, I was referred to this firm by an old colleague years ago for one situation and here we are now working together again.
