As a youth, I took part in many deleterious behaviors that are apparent when looking at my criminal history. I hired David to work on obtaining expungement for my dismissal charges (Yes people, even though you’re not convicted, they are listed in your criminal history) and a pardon for 3 convictions.... All of the charges/convictions occurred between 1999-2001. Yes, I had changed as an individual (medical school) but it was still a somewhat daunting task to obtain a clean record. Mr. Bahuriak handled my cases flawlessly while keeping my involvement to a minimum and keeping me well informed about the process ahead. I met David Bahuriak when I made a horrible mistake that landed me in jail. A mutual friend contacted David who came to meet me in jail. After helping to arrange my bail, I agreed to let David represent me. I am very glad I did. David was realistic about my situation and let me know the dire situatio...n I had gotten myself into. He explained to me the best and worst case scenarios and what I needed to do to achieve the former. His expertise was apparent all through the process, but most visible to me in the court room. Always very prepared, with all I's dotted and T's crossed. Much more so than the other attorneys in the room it seemed. This allowed him to make his presentations in a clear and concise manner. Confident, without ever coming off as arrogant, I doubt I could have been better represented. Throughout the entire process, he was assisted by his staff, that also interacted with me many times, including attorney Joe Rutala who I found to be very sensitive, competent and reassuring. I certainly hope I never need their services again, however if I ever do, I won't hesitate to call upon the Bahuriak team again. Highly recommended.

David Bahuriak is a Super lawyer in true sense. I retained him for a very difficult and twisted case with almost no hope whatsoever. He was able to turn it around all the way. The last thing I ever thought my family would need was a criminal attorney. I did some internet research, made a few calls and than I came across Mr. Bahuriak's Firm, after reviewing his wins and losses I decided to give him a call. After the first meet I knew he was the one. Going in we had a toug...h case and I knew that my husband would be facing some jail time. I can remember the judge saying to Mr. Bahuriak that he had gotten the "book" he sent him... see that was the amount of research he did when dealing with the case. To our wonderful surprise we walked out the court with a few fines.... Every other lawyer we called said that he was looking at a few years minimal..... and to only have to pay a fine!
