Joe Kelly and his team helped me out tremendously. Somehow they did the impossible & was able to beat my cases. I was fighting a F2 felony and they beat it. Joe is straightforward and you may sometimes feel as if they forgotten about your case but trust me he has not!!!!! He beat both of my cases, wh...ich I believed was impossible to beat! 5 stars!!!!

Beat my case no problem..2nd offense 3rd tier...knew exactly what he was doing...you can 100 percent confident in Joe...he had a field day with both the cops and the DA...all for a good price....Dude saved me from a lot of nonsense... I was extremely impressed...fyi....took a while though...a little ...over a year...but nothing happens fast in phila courts...BELIEVE IN JOE KELLY!!!

Joe Kelly and his staff pull no punches when it comes to your case and get results within means. Due to the excessive amount of people that you see in his office, I could see how you may look at it as if you are "just another dollar sign" walking through the door but I can assure you that your case i...s taken serious and they will work hard for you. Joe Kelly has one of the most respected and positive reputations in the court system. Many other attorneys cringe when he walks through the door out of fear of losing to him and they know he will give them a battle. Unfortunate for me, I have hired Joe and his team 3 times now: 1 Alleged Assault Charge which he had thrown out and was so good that people in the court room laughed at the prosecution and the witness; 1 restraining order hearing as a result of the assault charge which was also thrown out and now a DUI. I am hoping this is the last I see of Joe Kelly and although I am scared this time around, I have confidence Joe will do the best he can for me. As the defendant, we worry and look for all of the answers and sometimes you leave his office without knowing anything, no explanation and still worried but somehow he shows up and comes through without explanation. He knows what he is doing and just gets straight to the point but produces results. If you are looking for a lawyer to sweet talk you, Joe is not it.
