Client was pulled over and arrested for DWI. Blood was taken without a warrant and the State produced an expert at trial to testify that the BAC (blood alcohol content) was a .235 or 3 times the legal ... limit. We fought the results and challenged the science and the jury did the right thing and found our client not guilty!
