Very knowledgeable, insightful, and congenial! Highly recommended!

I had concerns about my representation by the legal counsel at my University in a groundless lawsuit and about options for responding to the suit. AAUP referred me to Mr. Brian Foley, and I'm very grateful for that excellent referral. In our consultation phone call, it was clear from the beginning th...at Mr. Foley is very approachable, congenial, patient, and down-to-earth, while also clearly very knowledgeable and experienced in issues related to academics and civil law. Speaking with Mr. Foley was a great help and a considerable relief, especially given my lack of experience in dealing with such matters. I can't recommend him highly enough!

Professional and Supportive

Brian helped me negotiate a very costly bill with a contractor who did not finish the job and damaged my property. It was a very stressful situation and Brian helped me delineate and strategize how to approach the situation. He promptly responded to all my questions and handled it all with a high l...evel of professionalism. I was able to reduce my bill significantly. Most importantly to me was that Brian was very supportive and compassionate during the whole process.

Excellent Experience ! Highly Recommend Him!

I hired Brian Foley to assist me with an employment situation which had gotten to be intolerable. It was a matter of age/gender discrimination that had gotten worse and I could no longer bear it. Brian Foley filed an EEOC Complaint and then managed to negotiate a settlement for me with my employer th...at I was very happy with in a short period of time. I found him to be very supportive and felt like he truly cared about me and my situation. He was always in contact with me through this whole process and was easy to communicate with. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who might be in a similar situation. He also was more than fair with billing for his services. He is very knowledgeable in employment related issues. I could not have found a better lawyer than Brian.

False allegations during work hours

I sought out Mr. Foley, who immediately made me feel like I was his only client. I was accused of a serious allegation during work hours and after learning the details he was on point with my defence. He will forever be the lawyer I call upon, if needed. Thank you Mr. Foley 5 star's

Best attorney ever!

I was impressed with Brian from the start. The first thing he did was to ask me a lot of questions so that he was sure he the right attorney for my case. That made me feel confident in him right off the bat. He wanted to make sure I got the best representation possible. I always felt that Brian was... very thorough, but also conscious of not wasting any time. He did exactly what I needed. He gave me his honest, objective opinion and where he thought I stood according to the law. I, then, could look at my situation with less emotion and make a good decision how to come to a reasonable compromise with my case. I thought Brian's fees were very fair, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a smart, honest, hard-working attorney.

Relationship: Worked together on matter

"I endorse this lawyer. I had the pleasure of having Brian serve as my co-counsel in a 2019 jury trial. We represented the plaintiff in a whistleblower retaliation case vs. the State of New Jersey. Brian delivered with his talents in examining witnesses, arguing points of law and helping me to tell a persuasive story to the jury. He went the extra mile for our client as I’ve seen him do for every client he’s taken on."
