This individual contacted a relative on behalf of his client requesting assistance with accessing a property. Jim and her made several contacts for assistance with this property and once an agreement was made both him and his client stopped responding to any phone contact and it text messages. The t...wo of them continued to blame the delay of the agreed transaction on each other's inability to contact the ither. He is deceitful and untrustworthy. He demonstrates poor business practices and lies about everything he discusses. He has undisciplined by the state listening board in the past for this same behavior of being dishonest in his dealings. He's all about himself and works with a female who is equally decieving. I will be reporting him to the licensing board nyself. Do Not Hire this man
