Best Lawyer Hands Down MBR

I have used Mary Beth Reinecker as my lawyer for almost 17 years. My divorce and custody were handled by Mary Beth and by no means was it a simple matter. During this time there were a bevy of PFA’s, Contempt’s and countless support matters. Through all of these Mary Beth fought hard to ensure that t...he just outcome prevailed. For a long period of time we were in court almost 3 times a week, we endured a 13 hour hearing and so many modifictions by the time all was said and done my file was about 10 inches thick. Over these 17 years my ex retained about 8 different lawyers and every time there was a new one they would start filing BS motions that had already been heard and dealt with. Through all of this Mary Beth was there for me and my children and with all of the other sides change in lawyers and all the court appearances we never lost one of them nor found in contempt, it was the exact opposite with each time having my custody strengthened and expanded. No hour was to late or to early to speak to her, Mary Beth has come to my home to review my case and prep for court when I wasn’t able to take off from work. She is the absolute best, and represented me as if I were a family member. To give her the best recommendation is the easiest thing, but it doesn’t seem enough! If you are trying to choose a lawyer stop right now because there is only 1 choice and that is Mary Beth Reinecker!

Great attorney

I went to an enforcement conference without an attorney thinking I wouldn't need one since I have a support order I followed and my ex didn't. My ex brought an attorney and seemed to disagree on everything. The officer scheduled a contempt hearing. Since his attorney was interpreting our support ord...er in ways I never thought about I knew I needed a lawyer. I liked what mary beths reviews said and after my experience with her I agree with all of them- except the one person who said waste of money. Her retainer not only was reasonable- it was worth it. Ex was found in contempt, had to pay all the monies in a lump sum within 30 days AND, because he and his attorney tried to manipulate the support order so unreasonably, Mary Beth petitioned to have the support order modified to include the extras my ex was supposed to reimburse me for. The master agreed w Mary beth that my ex can't be relied upon to be cooperative, that it'd be unfair to make me deal with these scenarios in the future. Now ex has to pay the extras in the support order and I reimburse him! Plus her billing was incredibly reasonable. My last attorney billed me AT LEAST 10 additional hours for every hearing. Since Mary beth represented me in 2 hearings I assumed my retainer would be gone and I'd owe her. Our 2 hearings were only 3 weeks apart so I when I got mail from her I assumed it was a bill. It was a check for the difference in my retainer and her bill. She's the best you can do.

Mary Beth was the best and most important decision I made for my family court needs

My divorce/custody/support is more complicated than most. The two attorneys I retained prior to Mary Beth said they could handle my unique circumstances but they both failed miserably. I was worried I'd never find a lawyer who could get me thru to the end with a secure stable future for myself and my... kids. Within minutes of my first sit down with Mary Beth I knew I was going to be better than fine. After going thru my case history she not only mapped out a plan for everything that was to follow, she explained how she would undo some of the damage that had already been done to my case. I have had 7 hearings with her, every time I came out better than I had hoped for or expected and it's all because she knows exactly what she's doing in every facet imaginable. She knew, and told me ahead of time, what each Master and Judge would be like, what my exs attorney is like, the tactics exs attorney would use and how I should respond/react to all of it. I've been thru a lot of hearings, having her prep me with that info was just as useful as prepping me for the case itself. My prior attorneys NEVER did anything like that. I've read and heard that your lawyer is not your friend-your lawyer is there to utilize the law in your best interest and that's it. Well Mary Beth figured out a way to be both. Imagine your BFF is a lawyer and is going to do your divorce- the talks you'd have about the case would be different than with some lawyer you don't know, there'd be more commitment, genuine concern, actual emotions expressed-like laughter, shock, sympathy, encouragement- instead of the cut n dry business only routine from a typical lawyer. THAT'S what it's like to have Mary Beth as an attorney. She is available 24/7 if I need her, she reviews my file often so she knows every detail by heart and to keep her own wheels turning. I read the review from anonymous (of course) who was unhappy that she will call in the middle of the night- I don't see how that's bad! I was never so impressed when she called me at 11pm one night because she found contradicting info in my file and wanted to straighten it out right away. That's MY case, my future she's working on! Im relieved she won't put everything on hold til morning and call me during business (aka billing) hours, but calls me to straighten it out and to get right back to working on my case!!! Another perk- she won't bleed you dry. Instead of charging me 3 hours to take paperwork downtown and get it marked recieved, she let me do it. Those late night calls that come from her reviewing my case, she doesn't charge me for those hours. I don't need to have a zero balance for her to stay dedicated either. After my retainer, as long as I continue to pay the agreed upon monthly bill, she remains committed to it all. If you need a copyright lawyer or a contract attorney- you could probably pick a name out of a hat and make out ok. But if you need a family law attorney then odds are your stressed and worried a lot. Any family law attorney can probably get you a settlement close to what you want, but Mary Beth will get you better than what you want AND her style of practice actually helps YOU get thru it all. Divorce and custody and support matters are emotionally difficult to plow thru. Don't pick an attorney that can get the job done but acts like a robot, pick an attorney who genuinely cares about what your going thru AND will get the job done better than you could hope for. Unfortunately there's only ONE lawyer like that in Philadelphia, Mary Beth Reinecker.

Forever grateful to this incredible talent of Law!

The Rocky Balboa of Philadelphia Attorney's!!!!!! I felt at ease as soon as I met her. She is very patient and listened to my life with my daughter, and my complex schedule. She had great advice, very attentive, easy to contact by phone, text, or office. Veryyyyyyy friendly and down to earth But w...hen it was time for court.....her negotiation skills were stellar. So smooth and wise. She knows her law, and I'm sure the other lawyer is still trying to figure out what just happened!!! Lol. I tell everyone I got sooooo lucky having MaryBeth represent my case. Not only did we win, i got extra. I'm a single father of a little girl who thought men have no rights. MaryBeth made that theory disappear. From Family Court, to Child Support Court.....she was thier fighting for Me, my daughter and my rights!!!!! I'm more than happy!!!!!! I feel Blessed!!!!!! She's a technician in the court room. Great sense of humor, cares about you, your loved ones... she's a friend! But all business when it was show time. I still gotta laugh at the ease at how she ran circles around the opposing lawyer with knowledge and skill. I Thank You!!!! My daughter thanks you!!!!!! And I will always recommend you to who ever needs the Best Legal Attorney!!!!!!! A+++++

Want your child or not ?

Marybeth was "Amazing" and the perfect choice for my daughter and I. She knows the law. She also knows how to handle clients during such a stressful time. There were times when she put me in my place and I listened because I knew she was always giving me the best advice. She knows the law when it co...mes to family / custody and support. Some people want a bull dog attorney to attack the other party...I did not. I wanted an attorney that was smart about how she was going to attack the law for our purposes. Marybeth was great with her wise counsel and human understanding that will always serve as an inspiration to the life of my daughter and I. Thank you Thank you Thank you. I am a single Dad with primary custody of a 1 year 4 month old who is safe and secure and happy ...and now she is 3+ years old and all is well for both of us, thanks to Mary Beth Reinecker. The BEST CUSTODY attorney in Philadelphia County. BTW - She won my custody case and the child support case. !!!!!!!!
