Daniel Gustavo Loza is a Pennsylvania attorney, real estate broker, investor, and mediator with extensive experience handling real estate and business matters.
Daniel earned his law degree from the University of Belgrano in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and later received an LL.M. from Temple University Beasley School of Law. His international background allows him to understand the legal, cultural, and practical concerns affecting individuals, families, entrepreneurs, and investors in the United States and abroad.
As founder of The Loza Law Firm LLC, Daniel focuses his practice on real estate law, foreclosure defense and prevention, property transactions, landlord and investor representation, deeds, title issues, business matters, estate-related real estate, and negotiated dispute resolution. He represents clients in both routine transactions and complex matters involving ownership, financing, distressed properties, and litigation.
Daniel is also the Broker of Record of Legal Real Estate LLC. His combined legal, brokerage, and investment experience gives clients a practical perspective that extends beyond the legal documents involved in a transaction. Over the course of his career, he has participated in thousands of real estate transactions and advised clients concerning residential, commercial, rental, and investment properties.
Daniel has served as a mediator in real estate and foreclosure-related matters and has worked extensively with Pennsylvania’s Hispanic and immigrant communities. He is fluent in English and Spanish.
