I was curently going through a situation whereas I needed to leave the condo I was renting due to negligence of property ( which enatiled bldg utility shut offs , no garbage pick up, and lack of maintenance). The landlord would not let me leave and wanted rent for the month that I was without hot w...ater and lights. I reached out to a tenants hotline, they gave me horrible advice and now Im being served an eviction notice. The landlord also wrongfuly added my minor child and son who wasnt on lease. I was referred to Mr Jordan Sartell by a mutual attorney and from the moment we collaborated, he was very professional, engaging , knowledgeable and patient with me. It was a bad, inconveinent time and LIFE was just happening.... After our first meet I felt a sense of assurrance and peace. I knew this young man was going to be thorough, committed and dedicated. ( I am a good judge of character) I remember him saying he was going to do his best and once he got all documentation , he would make sure justice would prevail(im paraphrasing, I wanted to always say that, but you get the point). He did do that, He had my children removed from the order and made sure he was at court on my behalf. His work ethic is commendable and rare. I had such horrible experiences in life , and I didnt have a good view about attorneys. Someone once said that they are" professional liars", and past experiences somewhat proved that , until I met this young man( and the other mutual attorney). I would recommend him to anyone and I plan on using him if I have any other problems. its refreshing to experience such professinalism without feeling intimidated, inferior or judge. He was concise, professional and shockingly humble.. He is the kind of attorney the world needs today, too long is been about the money and not the people.
