I knew everything that happened step by step, his recommendations were on-point and he's a music fan to boot! I highly recommend his services to friends/family and would readily call him up again.

My Nelson fully explained all of my options and guided my case to the best outcome.

A settlement aggreement had to be negotiated between myself and a major medical device company, whose artificial hip was defective and ultimately failed. I was referred to Mr. Nelson from an attorney friend and I can't express in words how happy I am from my experience. He negotiated a very fair settlement -- then, found a legal way to structure the Agreement where I was paid for "pain and suffering only" creating no tax liability. This proactive thinking saved me approximately $135,000 in taxes. Aside from all of that, Mr. Nelson is a really nice guy and will return calls from home, if necessary.

I endorse this lawyer. We do similar work, and have discussed cases and law on many occasions. Mr. Nelson has a good perspective, and works very hard for his clients. He also has solid judgment and knows when to settle and when to try a case.

Relationship: Worked together on matter
Mr. Nelson is one of the most diligent and passionate attorneys I have had the pleasure to work with. He is the benchmark for top-notch representation both in and out of the courtroom, and is known throughout the industry as such. I endorse him, without reservation, for any type of plaintiff/injury litigation or related work.
