She takes advantage of vulnerable people seeking help for bankruptcy by demanding all their credit cards, maxing out their remaining credit, and then starting the bankruptcy process only after he has taken all of their remaining money. Even after bankruptcy, he finds exc...uses to take any money they are supposed to recover, claiming it was for her services. In the end, she leaves them with nothing but a ruined bankruptcy record."

This lawyer took advantage of me during my divorce. Never created a payment agreement, every time I saw her I had to pay $500 and whenever I asked for a receipt she never gave it to me. She took advantage that I don’t understand the language that well. She then went on and sent me a letter that owed ...her over 13k with no proof. Terrible lawyer don’t recommend her at all.

I would not be surprised if she had been sued for breach of fiduciary duty or malpractice. She should be reported for professional misconduct. She intentionally ignores most of her clients' calls and tries to avoid them. If she cannot handle the cases from her clients, she should not even agree to t...ake on the cases. We ended up finding out that she has been lying to us about her progress regarding our case. We lost lots of money. Please do your research before you contact her. Thank you.

Few years ago my husband and I were going through financial hardships. Our small business was going out of business. We were hoping to make some money so my sister can come here. We put everything into this business of 5 years. Lawyer Baik coached us along the way and we needed to start over. Things ...are getting better. I am glad to say I am confident now about my situation.

1. She handled more than 2 cases of mine, and all failed!!! Because she was too lazy to support my case in any way, but just submited basic information like name and passport #, etc. Why wouldn't she fail?! I wish I knew how bad she was earlier!! 2. She responded to my email or phone calls 1 out o...f 10 times. 3. She had no idea what she was doing and wasted so so much time. If I can have that time back and worked with another lawyer, I would not have been deported! I had a life in U.S. , all gone!!! Thanks to her!!! Stay away from her as far as you can.
