Dylan Beltrami

Dylan is an associate attorney at Nochumson P.C., where he brings a sharp legal mind and a steady hand to the complex world of real estate and business litigation as well as land use and zoning matters. Whether he is resolving contract disputes, untangling boundary issues, or navigating zoning challenges, Dylan is known for his strategic approach, clear communication, and unwavering commitment to his clients’ goals.

Dylan earned his J.D. from Drexel University’s Thomas R. Kline School of Law, where he stood out as both a scholar and a leader. He served on the Moot Court Board and represented the law school in the prestigious Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition. His academic excellence earned him multiple honors, including the Order of the Barristers and CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in Property Law, Legal Analysis, and Mediation. As a Dean’s Scholar, he student-taught classes for first-year law students studying criminal law, this enhanced his ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly and confidently.

Before law school, Dylan graduated cum laude from Boston University with a B.A. in English Language and Literature. His background in literature honed his critical thinking and persuasive writing skills—tools he now uses to craft compelling arguments in court and in negotiations.

Before entering the legal field, Dylan showcased his fluency in Italian and global perspective by working as an Italian translator for ESPN during the Little League World Series a role that reflects both his fluency in Italian and his global perspective.

He is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania, New York, and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.
