I found David from a search online in a time of need. I called him (along with a bunch of other guys who paled in comparison on all honesty, counsel, attitude, and quite frankly all around personality). First time offender, so I didn't know what to expect. Dealing with a theft case,David was real guiding and made sure I understood everything. This case was very hard to overcome but David was able to gather information,integrate it perfectly and presented a perfect plan.Facing up to 14 months in pris...on, David was able to convince the judge to give me probation. David Barrish is a really good lawyer and I would definitely refer him to anybody that is in trouble with the law.

You would be better off with a legal aid attorney. David Barrish did not ask for discovery in my case. He didn't make any attempt to get my charges lowered. He talked me into pleading guilty to the entire charge no lowering of the charges. Then when I realized what I had done I tried to get my g...uilty plea overturned within the 30 day time limit and when I went to court he was there on the prosecution's side against me.
