Joseph is the best bike lawyer in the Philadelphia area. I was commuting on my bicycle home from work one day when a car ran a stop sign and struck me. My bike was totaled and my brain and body was completely rattled. Jospeh helped me navigate each step of the process, making this stressful situation... much easier.
