Joseph F. Bouvier

Some time ago I was referred to Mattioni, Ltd. by a mutual friend as I needed counsel for a Worker's Compensation issue. I originally spoke to Dante Mattioni who referred me to Eugene Mattioni who then turned my case over to Jospeh F. Bouvier. Having this firm and Joseph Bouvier represent me was the... best decision I ever made. Joe's efforts on my behalf were tireless. He showed great attention to details and was extremely thorough in his approach to every facet of my case. Joe explained and kept me informed as to what was and would be happening going forward. These type of cases take quite some time to settle and are seemingling endless and this is why you need a knowledgeable, caring, supportive and proactive attorney who has your best interest at heart and cares about your well-being. In this instance the person is Joseph Bouvier. My case has never really ended and whenever necessary Joe has been there to assist with whatever it takes to get things resolved. A few years after my WC case, I was involved in an auto accident and Jospeh Bouvier represented me on that case as well. Over twentyfive years ago I began working with the law firm of Mattioni Ltd. Dante Mattioni was legal council for my company from the day of inception. We did great work together over many years and my company grew with his assitance. Then in 1995 and 1996 I injured my back and neck while working. As... much as I tried, my injuries are too serious for me to continue working. Dante handled the sale of my company and recomended that another attorney in his firm should handle my workers compensation claim, Joe Bouvier. I began working with Joe and and I could not be happier with my representation. My injuries are serious and I have already undergone cervical spine surgery. I am still undergoing treatments and physical therapy, along with medications, and probably will need them the rest of my life. I am disabled as a result of these accidents. My case is still ongoing. Since the beginning, Joe has been a tireless advocate on my behalf and has gotten me the benifits and compensation I deserve. As an ongoing patient I am continually challenged by the insurance company. The insurance company is not interested in my pain, condition or disability, only on trying to stop paying. I would tell you that I do not know what my life would be like if we had not proven our case to the Judge and I have not been recieving the benifits, treatments, physical therapy and medications I need to have some quality of life. I feel sorry for the people that have truly been injured at work, cannot return to work and did not win the right to receive the workers compensation benifits they deserved. I can tell you that if that was me, this letter would not read the same. As I write this review we are in a fight to continue my benifits. Unless you take a settlement that has no chance of paying for the treatments and medications you will need, as I do, or accept a benifits settlement that is less than you will need, you will be in a constant fight to maintain your benifits. You, as I did and continue to, need a lawyer that will truly have your best interest as the sole motivation. One that will not settle for less than you are entitled. One that will continue to give you his best effort no matter what his compensation is or will be. I can only tell you that this is the type of representation I have received from Joe. It is for these reasons that I highly recomend Joesph Bouvier.
