Cavan William Eccleston

     I am a 2002 graduate of the City University of New York School of Law, the #1 ranked public interest law school in the nation, and City University's renowned Immigrant and Refugee Rights Clinic (IRRC), the #3 ranked clinical immigration program in the United States according to U.S. News and World Reports.

     I am admitted to practice before the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), federal immigration courts in all fifty states and the District of Columbia, all courts of Pennsylvania, the Supreme Court of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the Bureau of Immigration Appeals (BIA), the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR), and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.

     I have successfully represented numerous clients before the USCIS, and in family court in Pennsylvania.

     I am a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the American Immigration Lawyer's Association (AILA).  I earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Maine.  In my spare time I coach youth soccer and baseball.

     I have been a licensed, practicing attorney since 2003.
