Andrew Peter Campbell

Andrew Campbell has vast legal experience and has focused his practice on civil litigation. While at Delany & O’Brien Andrew has concentrated on defense litigation including construction, premises liability, motor vehicle and other negligent and intentional torts, as well as plaintiff's personal injury and contract disputes. He is also experienced in corporate law, will preparation, estate administration and real estate transactions. His experience and well-rounded background provide Andrew with the skills necessary to successfully handle almost any case.

Prior to his work at Delany & O’Brien, Andrew spent time as an associate at two other Pennsylvania law firms. He has also interned and held an associate position at the Bucks County Legal Aid Society in Pennsylvania.

Along with his extensive experience practicing law, Andrew holds a number of professional memberships. He is a member of the Defense Research Institute and the National Fire Protection Association and has been accepted into the New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York, Bucks County, Gloucester County and the American Bar Associations.

Andrew received his Bachelor’s Degrees in English and Liberal Arts Honors from Villanova University where he graduated Cum Laude. Andrew was also a finalist for the Presidential Scholarship Award as an undergrad.  He then went on to receive his J.D. from Villanova University Law School where he was awarded the Arthur W. Goldberg Scholarship.
