They will hold him until the case is over. He may get transferred to the county with the detainer.

I'm not totally sure what the question is, but in general, you are not allowed to make phone calls while agents are executing search warrants....

ARD can still have consequences for your nursing license. You have to report all arrests to the board as soon as they happen, and you should retain...

No, they will not transfer an inmate just because family doesn’t like the prison.
