Comfortable in the courtroom, very personable, good result

Stephen was exactly the lawyer I needed when we reached out to him following my incident. He was very good at explaining the different options we had for contesting the case and also the likelihood of success and time lines. He's extremely personable and did well with the negotiations that were requi...red. I was charged with 6 offenses and was able to walk out of the courtroom with 2 offenses on my record and the main one reduced in severity. A very good result. Stephen was very professional in all respects but particularly in the courtroom where it was obvious he was in his comfort zone. There were a few requests we had of the judge which were a little bit outside of the norm and Stephen handled them very well. We were able to get conditions added to the court documents making the probation part of my sentence much easier to handle.

SUPERB

My biggest struggle with writing this review is my inability to condense it into 4000 characters and be able to show how appreciative I am to have found him. Stephen is a true professional in every aspect, and his attention to detail is phenomenal! I was initially referred to him by another attorney ...early on and even though his initial consultation was spot on I went a different route with a clown passing as an attorney because he sold me. Stephen was not selling me; he was merely stating the facts as he saw them and was articulate and realistic in his assessment. In a state of desperation and panic, I went with the salesman. Boy did I suffer the consequences of that decision! Within two weeks I was back in Stephens office seeking help and hoping he would take my case. He did, and thank God for that! He did not waste any time diving in and start putting a defense strategy together. His entire team was fantastic, from the PI to the assistant (Gina) everyone was on point. Stephen did not leave a stone unturned; he explored every possible lead no matter how small and never did I have to call him or email him to find out what was going on. In fact, I emailed him plenty and wrote long, exhausting emails asking the same questions 100 times! He never got frustrated and never failed to respond. He did his homework and had an answer each time. Nothing was wasted. If you, unfortunately, find yourself facing an overzealous prosecutor and an inept police department you need a bulldog that can protect you and more importantly knows the law. At trial, he was not afraid to go toe-to-toe with the prosecutor or the judge making legal arguments and shutting them down time after time. He was prepared for everything, and his attention to detail and organization was remarkable. Even though my case file was several boxes and thousands of documents every sheet, every sticky note, every syllable was accounted for and readily available on the spot. I can't stress enough how important it is to have someone who is meticulous and aggressive at the same time. His experience as a former prosecutor was invaluable in anticipating the next move and being ready for anything coming our way. I am happy to say after a grueling long battle lasting over two years. Stephen has become much more than an attorney; he is considered a friend. I am forever grateful to Stephen. I thank from the bottom of my heart and my family thanks you!

Caring and very Intelligent Attorney

When my wife and I needed legal counsel for a family situation we did not hesitate to meet with Stephen. I could not recommend his expertise and services more enthusiastically. The knowledge Stephen demonstrated was very evident, but more importantly, he imparted it to us in a very understandable fa...shion. Stephen's attention to detail and focus on our case was unparalleled. He was very strategic and intelligent with his advice and services. He never pushed us to do anything we weren't comfortable with, but was always available for questions and consistently prompt on follow-up. He is a great find for anyone looking for a trustworthy, professional, personable expert of his trade. I endorse Stephen Geday with the highest accolades!
