Employment Law practice includes Employer representation in disputes arising from alleged wrongful discharge based on state contract or related claims and in discrimination claims, as well as compliance counseling, preparation of non-compete and similar agreements. Labor Law practice involves management representation on union and picketing issues, with emphasis on construction industry disputes, and also includes representation of several contractor associations.
