Mr Driscol isn't persistent. If I was left a choice in the matter of being represented by him I would have never allowed him to represent me. He's lasy and always unprepared. He represented me for a probation violation in which was winnable. I would have done better with a public defender. I was viol...ated for my honesty but my statement didn't match what was included in the affidavit. Non acceptance of my offense. I handed him the facts but he chose to do it his way. For this violation I should have been released after no more than 60 days. I was released after serving 4 1/2 months. He doesn't answer calls after he's paid nor does he return your calls.

F- raymond never contacted me about getting the facts and when i pressured him as to why we never had a hearing he told me that I should have read the court papers and its not his fault that i'm an idiot. I thought that is why i paid him $5000. He never did anything to help me except take ...my money. Stay away from this loser. He's fat and lazy and not too bright.
