Great Lawyer for my Needs!

Peter breaks down the essentials you need to know. He can quickly assess your situation, and scopes out the issues easily for you to consider. He keeps it simple and up levels on those details necessary to ensure clarity and understanding. He is very efficient and very financially reasonable. I real...ly appreciate him. He also keeps me updated on changes in law and checks in to see if circumstances have changed. I love that he is on my team of professionals that keep my life planning and finances in shape. So very highly recommend him! (and I also say this as a lawyer myself!)

Great easy to work, professional and expirienced Estate Planning Atty

Saw Klenk Law’s sign in the lobby of a building that I go to regularly and decided to stop by their offices as I had been looking to update my will and do some estate planning. I showed up unannounced and Peter Klenk, the firm’s principal, came out to meet with me in his conference room for over an h...our, taking as much time as I needed to hear what I needed and the specifics of my overall business, finances and personal info. He then proceeded to explain a few preliminary ideas he had for my estate planning and the options available to me. At the end he offered to send me a fee and retainer proposal for my consideration. I left being very impressed with Peter’s knowledge, understanding of the law and ability to easily understand exactly what I was looking for and needed; in addition to his candor, gregarious personality and time generosity. You don’t see that anymore in the legal profession! I did hire Peter and his firm, and the process was fairly easy, especially with the secured portal that they have where once your document are executed, they get uploaded and you can consult them at any time, update the information as needed, a side from making it available to executers and heirs. I highly recommend Peter Klenk for any Estate Planning matters where you need qualified and experienced attorney.

Top-notch Experience

I recently finished working with Mr. Klenk on my estate plan and I'm very pleased with the both the process and outcome. Having had a lukewarm opinion of the lawyer who wrote my prior will, I decided to explore the internet for other Philadelphia-area options. Through an initial phone conversation, I... was impressed by Mr. Klenk's depth and breadth of knowledge which resulted in significant changes for my new plan. In person, I found him to be highly personable and professional. Given the amount of time likely required to produce my documents, I felt his fee was reasonable. Overall, although I hesitated to simply lawyer-shop on the internet, I’m very pleased to have found Attorney Peter Klenk and will recommend him highly to others.

Very Efficient and Describes Complex Terms in an Easy to Understand Manner

My husband and I met with Peter Klenk to prepare our estate documents, Living Well, and Health Power of Attorney. Our initial meeting was a phone conference, where Peter gave an overview and history of NJ laws pertaining to estates and taxes. Peter described the laws in an enjoyable and easy to under...stand manner. After the phone consultation, Peter drafted our legal documents and scheduled a signing appointment in his office. He then went through all of the documents, explaining what and why we were signing. The overall process was very efficient and as enjoyable as this type of transaction can be!

Fantastic strategic thinker while caring about every detail

Ours is a relatively complex matter and our wills (etc.) had been done poorly in the past. Peter understood what we needed and explained to us some intricacies we had never heard before. This caused us to alert our financial advisor to changes he needed to make. All is well now. We are very pleased. ...
