Peter Luke Johnston

Peter L. Johnston, Esquire, Managing Partner of the Law Offices of Peter L. Johnston, L.L.C., is an accomplished attorney with a proven track record of satisfying clients in a broad array of cases – including Personal Injury, Criminal Offenses, Immigration, and Wills and Estates. Mr. Johnston represents a wide range of people. Since 1996 Mr. Johnston has been admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and all other state courts in Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the Supreme Court of New Jersey, and all other state courts in New Jersey, and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. He has also been designated by the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County to sit as an arbitrator in civil cases. Mr. Johnston has also been a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association, New Jersey Bar Association, and American Bar Association. He is a member of the Brehon Law Society and the American Immigration Lawyers Association. Raised in New Jersey, Mr. Johnston has proudly adopted Philadelphia as his home and currently resides in the Roxborough section. He is an involved Philadelphia resident, serving as an elected Democratic City Committee person and has been a Board member of the North Light Community Center and the Plays & Players Playhouse. Mr. Johnston graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1996 and from Saint Joseph’s University, where he graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in History, a minor in Theology and a Faith-Justice Studies Certificate. In addition, he was awarded the university’s Faith-Justice Award.
