You probably have 30 days plus two weeks, or about 45 days to lockout.

Your cousin's bail is less likely to be reduced because Aggravated Assault is a violent crime. Nevertheless, he is certainly eligible for a bail...

You will not be incarcerated solely for failure to pay fines. The most likely outcome is that you will be put on a payment plan.
