Mark Boczar

Mark W. Boczar earned his B.A., cum laude, in Finance and Risk Management and Insurance from Saint Joseph's University in 2013. During this time, he served as the Vice President of Gamma Iota Signa: the international risk management, insurance, and actuarial science collegiate business fraternity. He recieved his J.D. in 2016 from Temple University's Beasley School of Law, where he participated in the Temple Law Global Scholar Program in Rome, Italy and was a member of the Academic Core Enrichment Program.

While in law school, Mr. Boczar worked in various roles within the insurance industry. As an underwriter for Philadelphia Indemnity Insurance Companies, he focused on performing account risk assessments for a wide range of insurance needs for organizations within the sports and recreation market. Additionally, he served as a summer legal intern in the group claims department at ACE Limited Insurance Company (now Chubb), where he conducted research on national and global insurance coverage and liability issues, assisted in the review of complex claims across all global product lines, and conferred with legal counsel on claims requiring litigation.

Mr. Boczar joined the Boonswang Law Firm in 2017. As an Associate Attorney, he has used his unique insight of the insurance industry to zealously represent his clients' interest against life insurance companies who have unlawfully delayed or denied payment of life insurance benefits.  Most recently, he has been named as one of the top 30 Life and Health Professionals under 30 by ThinkAdvisor.
