Lisa Goodison Faden

Lisa Goodison Faden is a 1992 graduate of Widener University School of Law where she was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society and graduated cum laude.   Ms. Faden received her Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from The Pennsylvania State University in 1984 and was honored with membership in the Skull and Bones Honor Society and was actively involved in the Four Diamonds Fund Dance Marathon.  

Ms. Faden is a member of the bars of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the State of New Jersey, and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.  Ms. Faden practices in both state and federal courts in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Ms. Faden has tried multiple jury trials in an array of casualty matters and has handled complex NASD/FINRA arbitration claims. Ms. Faden actively practices in insurance defense litigation including motor vehicle, personal injury, property, commercial trucking and transportation, bad faith claims, and professional liability claims.   She has represented businesses and shareholders in commercial litigation matters as well.
