Ms. Stoner is a 2009 graduate of the University of Delaware, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and English Journalism. She received her Juris Doctor degree in 2012 from the Villanova University School of Law. During law school, Ms. Stoner completed an externship with the Pennsylvania Innocence Project, which works to secure exonerations for the wrongfully convicted.
