My practice is concentrated in the areas of securities/investor fraud, consumer and qui tam litigation. For more than 18 years, I have prosecuted both class action and individual opt-out securities cases for state government entities, public pension funds, and other large investors. I also represent consumers in class actions involving unlawful and deceptive practices, as well as relators in qui tam/whistleblower litigations. I am admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and numerous federal courts.
